Walk-Through Consultation
When you choose the services of By Arrangement’s Walk-Through Consultation, you will receive specific recommendations that will enhance your home's positive features and make your home memorable for the right reasons. As the seller, it is difficult to be objective about your own home. Designing a home to live in is largely based on a different set of criteria than redesigning a home to sell.
General Recommendations for Selling Preparation:

An Initial Walk-Through Consultation takes 60-90 minutes. Room by room, inside and outside, everything will be evaluated with an objective, trained eye. A complete list of recommendations will be discussed and left with the client or Realtor®. Fee: $125
Redesign for Resale
The next step in creating a welcoming and impressive property is to have each space artfully arranged and decorated. I specialize in properties that are furnished and occupied. Most homes will greatly benefit from some rearrangement of furniture and accessorization. The goal is to create rooms that potential buyers can visualize themselves living in. We are not going for the completely unrealistic model home look, rather we will utilize proven techniques that attract buyers. When needed, I will shop for finishing touches that will create the appeal sought after by potential buyers.
Redesigns can be limited to specific key rooms or an entire house. Half Day and Full Day rates are available upon request.
