Solution
Placing the piano in the far corner of the room with the harp facing the room’s center was the answer. This gave natural light for reading music and opened up the room. With strategic furniture placement, an inviting conversational arrangement emerged. Changing the fireplace art to a painting in fitting with the style of the room and placing small groupings of accessories around, highlighted the pieces and calmed the room at the same time.
